Sarah visited Kew Gardens in late January to see the orchids, coming across these fish in one of the garden’s original hot houses.
Sarah stopped to look closer and started snapping away. The fish and their natural habitat created a colour palette of rich oranges, reflective whites, dark greens and mossy greys. This colour palette’s made its way into our new textiles collection. Great English Gardens - inspired by England and made in England.
The cushions are made from digitally printed heavy panama cotton. The design is printed in small runs in a print studio in Sussex by Dan and Louse. The fabric is printed, washed and steamed to ensure colour fastness.
These cushions have been carefully sewn to order by the talented Velda, in Leigh on Sea, Essex.
The cushions can be washed or dry cleaned.
